3. The Local Run QueueThis is the fast path, and where most goroutines come from. The scheduler first checks the runnext slot—a priority position that holds the single goroutine most likely to run next. If runnext is set, the goroutine gets it and inherits the current time slice, meaning it doesn’t reset the scheduling tick.
